Tamari Reduction Sauce
This reduction is made from dark, rich tamari soy sauceâ€¦a perfect grilling accompaniment.
TOTAL TIME:25 minutes
- 1 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Â½ cup mirin
- Â½ tsp. tarragon
- Â½ tsp. black pepper
- Â½ tsp. Pollen Ranch Spices Fennel Pollen (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. aged tamari soy sauce
Place skillet over medium heat. Add grapeseed oil and butter to skillet. Add mirin, turn heat up to medium-high and cook until sticky bubbles form. Lower heat to medium and add tarragon, pepper and fennel pollen. Add tamari and continue to cook another 5-10 minutes, until the sauce becomes thick and has consistency similar to syrup.
Drizzle tamari reduction over meatless sliders and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
