This vinaigrette pairs perfectly with our Bacon and Avocado Salad recipe.
TOTAL TIME:10 minutes
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, greens removed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tsp. honey
- Pinch salt
Place strawberries in a food processor and blend well.
Add lemon juice, honey and salt. Blend until combined.
Slowly add vinegar and olive oil as the processor is running, until well blended.
Pour into a glass jar and close the lid. Place into refrigerator until ready to use.
