Red, White and Blue Brownie Stars
Celebrate this Labor Day with a delicious assortment of easy-to-make patriotic brownies.

- 1 box (18.3 oz.) brownie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs as called for on brownie mix box
- 4 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
- 1 tsp. milk
- 1 tsp. honey
- Â˝ cup blueberries
- â…“ cup strawberries, quartered
- Â˝ cup heavy cream
- â…“ cup white morsels
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350Â°F. Line with aluminum foil the inside of a 9â€ť square baking pan. Spray the cooking spray only on the bottom of foil, not the sides. In large bowl, mix brownie mix using water, vegetable oil and eggs according to package directions. Bake brownies following package directions for a 9â€ť pan. Set aside and let cool for 30 minutes. Once cooled, place on cutting board and cut brownies using a 3â€ť star cookie cutter.
In small bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, milk and honey; spread mixture evenly over star-shaped brownies. Top with blueberries and strawberries.
In mixing bowl, beat heavy cream with electric mixer on high for 2-3 minutes until cream forms soft peaks; Place a dollop of cream on top of brownies.
Place chocolate morsels in a small glass bowl in microwave oven and heat on for 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir. Repeat heating at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the morsels are completely melted. Drizzle chocolate over the brownies.
