Peach, Avocado and Goat Cheese Toasts
Peach and goat cheese is a tried-and-true combination, but the avocado and rye bread take these toasts to the top!
- 1 peach, washed and cut into segments
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 4 Tbsp. goat cheese
- 4 slices rye bread
- 1-2 Tbsp. honey
Toast rye bread in toaster.
To assemble toasts, spread 1 tablespoon of goat cheese on each piece of toast, while toast is warm. Top with peaches and avocado. Drizzle with honey.
