Orange & Citrus Smoothie Recipe

Enjoy this easy smoothie with the fresh citrus and rich Greek yogurt. You can use any citrus fruit for this recipe, and add secondary ingredients, such as fresh herbs, as well.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Meyer lemon, peeled, quartered, seeded and zested
  • 3 mandarins or satsumas, peeled, quartered, seeded and zested
  • 2 pomelos, peeled, quartered and seeded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ice
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add the honey and 4 tablespoons of water to a small saucepan. Heat the honey and water on the stove over low heat until the honey dissolves into the water, about 3 minutes. Take the honey off the stove.

  2. Add the lemon, mandarin, pomelo and zest to a blender. Next, add the yogurt and ice.

  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Pour the smoothies into chilled tumblers and garnish with mint leaves
