Hard Cider Sparkler
Create another reason to toast Thanksgiving this year with a hard cider sparkler. Honey syrup, hard cider and sparkling wine come together in this seasonal cocktail.

- Â¼ cup clover honey
- 6 oz. dark rum
- 12 oz. hard cider
- 24 oz. sparkling white wine
- 6 old-fashioned candy cinnamon sticks
Add the honey and Â¼ cup water to a small saucepan. Heat the honey over medium-low heat until it dissolves in the water, about 3 minutes. Set the honey syrup aside.
Add 1 ounce of dark rum, 2 ounces of hard cider and 4 ounces of sparkling wine to each of six champagne flutes. Add honey syrup to each drink to taste; use Â½ to 1 teaspoon for moderate sweetness.
Place a candy cinnamon stick in each glass for garnish. Alternatively, thin apple slices, hung on the rims of the glasses, give you an equally attractive presentation.
