

Alfredo Sauce Mac n Cheese
This classic comfort mood is easy to make at home!

Ingredients
- 1 jar (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce
- 4 cups (16 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 box (16 oz.) pasta (any shape), cooked, drained and kept warm in a large heatproof bowl
- â…“ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
In a 2-quart saucepan over medium high heat, heat Alfredo sauce until just boiling. Turn heat to low; add cheese and nutmeg. Continue heating, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
Pour hot sauce over pasta and mix well. Place in a 3-quart oven-safe pan; set aside.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together breadcrumbs and butter. Sprinkle on top of Mac n’ Cheese.
Broil until breadcrumbs turn golden brown (about 1 minute). Serve immediately; refrigerate leftovers.
OPTIONAL TIP: Before sprinkling top with breadcrumbs, stir in 2 cups shredded turkey. Continue as written. Mac n’ Cheese can be kept warm in a slow cooker for potlucks or other get-togethers.
